• Images or screenshots you voluntarily upload: Used for OCR recognition, AI screenshot understanding, automatic categorization, summary generation, tag generation, task extraction, semantic search, and knowledge organization.
• Text recognized from images: Including text, dates, addresses, prices, product information, and chat snippets contained in screenshots, used for search, summaries, categorization, and AI assistant functions.
• Text content you voluntarily input: Such as search keywords, AI assistant questions, and feedback content.
• Basic account and device information: Including login identifiers, device type, operating system version, app version, and log information for account management, troubleshooting, and service security.

We do not access your photo library, contacts, SMS messages, call records, chat history, or unrelated device data without your authorization.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing screenshot upload, recognition, organization, search, and viewing features;
• Providing OCR recognition, AI summaries, AI categorization, tag generation, and task extraction;
• Providing AI assistant and knowledge organization functions based on user screenshots;
• Improving product experience, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring account and service security;
• Providing other related services within the scope permitted by law or with your explicit authorization.

3. AI Processing Notice

To provide AI-powered features including screenshot analysis, OCR recognition, content summarization, automatic categorization, tag generation, task extraction, knowledge organization, and AI search, we may transmit screenshots you voluntarily upload, text extracted from screenshots, and questions you voluntarily submit to third-party AI service providers for processing.

Current third-party AI service providers include:

• Alibaba Cloud Qwen

The transmitted data is used solely to fulfill AI requests initiated by you and is not used for unauthorized advertising or marketing purposes.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and should be used for reference purposes only. Please do not upload content containing state secrets, sensitive personal information, private information of others, or any content prohibited by applicable laws.

Before you use AI features for the first time, we will clearly disclose the relevant data processing activities and obtain your consent.

4. Information Storage and Protection

We adopt reasonable security measures to protect your information, including access controls, encrypted transmission, permission isolation, and log auditing. Except where otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, we only retain your information for the shortest period necessary to fulfill processing purposes. You may delete screenshots within the application or request deletion of your account information.

5. Information Sharing and External Disclosure

We do not actively sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal information. We may provide necessary information externally only under the following circumstances:

• Providing minimal necessary data to third-party service providers for AI recognition, cloud storage, push notifications, or related services;
• Obtaining your separate consent;
• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, judicial requirements, or government requests.

6. Third-Party Services

This application may use third-party services including but not limited to AI model services, object storage services, analytics services, and crash reporting services. Such services process relevant information according to their own privacy policies.

Requests can be submitted through in-app settings or by contacting us using the information provided in this policy. We will process requests within the legally required timeframe.
